03/06/12 On Wednesday, February 29th around 11:52am, Officer Ray West of the Plymouth Police Department noticed a vehicle with expired plates at the intersection of Michigan Street and Parkview. Officer West conducted the traffic stop and it was found that the driver, Marlou F. Fonseca Padilla 23, of Plymouth was driving without a license. Padilla was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $250.00 cash bond, which was paid at 1:11 the same date. A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 will be held on March 27th at 8:30am.

On Saturday, March 3rd around 12:00am, Officer Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West Jefferson Street and 8th Street. It was found that George B. Baker 39, of Plymouth was driving the vehicle while suspended with a prior charge. Mr. Baker was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond, which was paid on March 3rd at 9:15am.  He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior II on March 20th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, March 4th around 2:15am, Officer Stamper arrested Jose D. Guerrero 37, of Plymouth for public intoxication at the intersection of South Michigan and LaPorte Street. Guerrero was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $500.00 cash bond, which was paid on Sunday, March 4th at 10:15am.  He is to appear in in Marshall County Superior Court II on March 20th at 8:30am.
