08/02/12 On Sunday, July 29th at 7:53am, Corporal Bridget Hite of the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 3Rd Street and Adams Street. During the investigation it was found that driver, Eric Bemish 23, of Plymouth was driving while intoxicated.  Bemish was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked and given a $3,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 14th at 8:30am.

On Monday, July 30th around 2:43pm, Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department.  He arrested Trenton W. Shidler 22, of Plymouth for attempting to interfere with a urine screening during his probation meeting.   Probation Officer Steven Harner discovered the bottle of urine in possession of Mr. Shidler.  Shidler was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for a probation violation, with no bond set at this time.  He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 28th at 8:30am.

A little bit later on Monday at 3:23pm, Officer Workman arrested Cory J. Rosander 22, of Plymouth for an active warrant through Marshall County when he was located at his place of employment, Pioneer Seed Company on Pine Road. Rosander was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for failure to appear on cost and fines and was given a $189.00 cash bond. Rosander’s bond was paid on July 30that 8:50pm, and he is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 7th at 8:30am.

Later in the evening of the 30th Officer Workman arrested Jonathan G. Porter 20, of Plymouth at the intersection of Garro Street and Center Street after an investigation proved that he was involved in a theft of a bike reported on July 27th. Porter was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a class D felony and was given $3000.00 cash bond. A scheduled court appearance for Mr. Porter will be held on August 28th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #1.
