10/25/12  On Monday, October 22nd at 8:41 PM Officer Jordan Rans with the Plymouth Police Department responded to US 30 and Oak Drive after a report of  an intoxicated driver traveling east on US 30 from Pioneer Drive. Office Rans located and stopped the vehicle driven by 24 year old Jessika M. Grady of Warsaw in Wendy’s Parking.  During the investigation it was determined that Grady had been drinking.   She was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and booked into the Marshall County Jail with a $3,005 bond.

On Tuesday, October 23rd at 10:56 AM Officer John Weir was dispatched to Work One located at 2878 Miller Drive in reference to a hit and run accident. Upon arriving to the scene Officer Weir watched a surveillance video that showed 24 year old Constance Bradley of Plymouth leave the business and backed into a parked car causing extensive damage.  She then proceeded to leave the scene. Bradley was later located and taken into custody for leaving the scene of an accident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in on a $755 bond.

Later Tuesday afternoon at 4:41 PM Officer Jordan Rans was dispatched to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to two female shoplifters. 19 year old Amber R. Starkey of Knox and 20 year old Tiffany L. Hartwell of Plymouth were taken into custody for theft. They were transported to the County Jail where Amber R. Starkey was given a $1,505 cash bond and Tiffany L. Hartwell’s cash bond was set at $3,005.
