09/07/12 0n Monday, September 3rd at 1:00 PM while working loss prevention at Plymouth’s Kroger Grocery Store Officer Tim Taberski was advised by an employee of the possible theft of her debit card along with some unauthorized charges. After further investigation, 41 year old Robert Wagers of Plymouth was arrested at the store on September 4th for theft and credit card fraud. Mr. Wagers was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with a $1,500 bond.
Wednesday, September 5th at 5:03 PM Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to 903 West Jackson Street in Plymouth for a domestic battery complaint. Arriving on the scene he made contact with 37 year old Jason S. Kratzchmar of Plymouth. Mr. Kratzchmar was taken into custody on charges of domestic battery, manufacturing and interfering with reporting a crime charges. He was transported and booked into the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
