06/07/12 On Friday, June 1st at 11:45pm Plymouth Police received a call stating that a male subject was attempting to steal items at Plymouth’s Red-D-Mart on North Michigan Street. The suspect later identified as William Z. Wright 24, of Plymouth was questioned and was later taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for battery resulting in bodily injury and public intoxication. Wright was given a $750.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 19th at 8:30am.

On Saturday, June 2nd, at 11:17am, K-9 Officer John Weir conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Williams Streets. It was found that driver, Gerbi N. Escobar 20, of Plymouth had never received a license. Escobar was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with a $250.00 cash bond.  He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 12th at 8:30am.

Later in the early evening of Saturday, June 2nd,Plymouth  Officer Paul Stamper initiated a traffic stop on North Michigan Street at the US 30 overpass. The driver, Lois S. Crosby 37, of Plymouth was driving the vehicle while intoxicated. Crosby was transported to the Jail and booked in on a $3000.00 cash bond.  She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 12th.

In the early morning hours of June 3rd at 6:10am Officer Stamper responded to the 200 block of 7th Street on a disturbance call. Upon arrival Stephanie N. Nifong 19, of Plymouth was taken into custody after she was questioned for illegal consumption of alcohol and public intoxication. Nifong was transported to the County Jail where she was given a $1000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 26th.

On Monday, June 4th around 1:52pm, Officer Shelly Church investigated a battery case on a juvenile in the 400 block of Alexander Street, which led to the arrest of Kip L. Lowry 43, of Plymouth. Lowry was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for battery and given a $750.00 cash bond. Lowry is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 3rd.

On Monday, June 4th at 7:17pm, Officer Jason Dobbins of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Sherina Bottorff 39, of Plymouth in the 200 block of Plum Street after a warrant was issued for a failure to appear on a civil matter. Bottorff’s bond was set at $500.00 cash, which was paid on June 5th at 12:40am.

On Tuesday, June 5th at 7:25pm, Officer Workman of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Seth A. Enders 39, of Plymouth on Michigan Street in front of Centennial Park after he was found to be in possession of over three grams of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a public park. Enders was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for possession of a controlled substance, with no bond set at this time. A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 will be held for Enders on July 31st at 8:30am.
