07/12/12 On Friday, July 6th at 7:23am, Marie Graham 41, of Plymouth was arrested at Kroger on North Michigan Street after she was found to have an outstanding warrant through Marshall County for failure to appear.  Graham was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was given a $190.00 cash bond, which was posted for her release on July 6th at 5:35pm.

  On Friday, July 6th at 8:26pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department responded to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth after receiving a call of a disorderly male.  Upon arrival Gilmer arrested Jeffrey W. Zalesny 54, of Marion, Indiana for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.  Zalesny was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $1000.00 cash bond.   Zalesny is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 7th at 8:30am.

  On Sunday, July 8th at 3:36pm, Officer Jason Dobbins conducted a traffic stop in the 2500 block of North Oak Drive.  It was found that driver, Zachary A. Graham 20, of Plymouth was driving the vehicle without ever receiving a license.  Graham was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked with a $500.00 cash bond for his release.  Graham is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 31st at 8:30am.

  Later in the evening at 8:36pm, Corporal Hite responded to Wal-Mart after receiving a call that Wal-Mart’s loss prevention department had detained a female shoplifter.  Officer Hite spoke with Christina Miller 41, of Rochester and later took Miller into custody and transported her to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony.  Her bond was set at $3,000.00 cash.  Miller is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on July 31st at 8:30am.

On Saturday, July 9th at 10:08am,  Marshall County Probation Department contacted the Police Department regarding Bryan F. Patterson 35, of Plymouth was in their office and that he had an active warrant through Marshall County.  Officer Miller transported Patterson to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for a Probation Violation and was given no bond at this time.
