07/16/12 On Wednesday, July 11th at 2:44pm the Plymouth Police Department was contacted by an employee of the Mayflower Tavern located at 1111 West Jefferson Street.  The employee was concerned with two suspicious males sitting in a truck outside in the parking lot for approximately two hours and asked that the police come speak with the males.  Upon arrival Officer Ryan Richey spoke with the subjects and later arrested Bryan T. Miller 30, of Plymouth for being in possession of Methamphetamines.  Miller was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $1500.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 31st at 8:30am.

On Wednesday, July 11th at around 3:57pm, Plymouth Police Department received a call that four subjects were trying to push over a port-a-john at Gill Park located behind the boys and girls club.  After an investigation Ronald V. Johnson 18, of Harvey, Illinois was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for disorderly conduct and was given a $1500.00 cash bond.  Johnson is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 8th at 8:30am.

In the early hours of Thursday, July 12th at 1:01am, Officer Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Kelly J. Cowger Jr. 29, of Plymouth after she was found to be intoxicated in the 300 block of West LaPorte Street.  Cowger was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication and was given a $500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 24th at 8:30am.

On Thursday, July 12th around 5:34pm, Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Erica M. Nemeth 33, of Plymouth in the 1000 block of West Adams Street after she was found to have an active warrant through Marshall County.  Nemeth was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for the failure to appear.
On Friday, July 13th at approximately 12:42am, Plymouth Officer Stamper spoke with a male subject at the intersection of Second Street and West Washington Street.  After the subject falsely identified himself, he was later identified as Tyler A. Byers 21, of Culver.  Byers had two outstanding warrants through Marshall County for a probation violation and civil contempt.  Byers was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for false informing-hinders with law enforcement and received a $1500.00 cash bond, civil contempt warrant which held a $1000.00 cash bond, and a warrant for a probation violation which has no bond at this time.  Byers is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 31st at 8:30am.
