04/04/12 On Sunday, March 25th at 1:48am, Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop in the 400 block of Michigan Street. It was found that the driver, Dusty A. Pittman 30, of Plymouth was driving while intoxicated. Pittman was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $1,500.00 cash bond, which was paid on March 25th at 11:00am. Pittman is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II 2 April 10th at 8:30am.

A short time later on Sunday morning, March 25th at approximately 3:30 am, Plymouth Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of North Oak Drive and Jim Neu Drive. It was found that the driver, Ray L. Sexton 40, of Plymouth was driving on a suspended license. Sexton was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 10th at 8:30am.

On Sunday evening March 25th at 6:57pm, Officer Shanna Gilmer conducted a traffic stop at US 30 and Michigan Road. It was found that Yvon Martinez 38, of Fort Wayne was operating a license without a license. Martinez was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $250.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 24th at 8:30am.

On Wednesday, March 28th at 2:42am, Officer Jordan Rans was dispatched to the 400 block of Michigan Street in reference to a loud noise complaint. Once on scene an investigation led to the arrest of Joseph D. Spaulding 18, of North Liberty for minor consumption. Spaulding was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $250.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 24th at 8:30am.

On Thursday, March 29th at around 3:00pm Officer Jesse Pippenger was dispatched to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to a female shoplifter. Upon arrival Lisa A. Mitchell 40, of Bremen was taken into custody for theft. Mitchell also had an active warrant out of Marshall County for a failure to appear on a civil. Mitchell’s bond is set at $3,350.00 and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on April 24that 8:30am.

On Friday, March 30th at 10:15pm, Officer Tim Taberski of the was dispatched to the Holiday Inn Express in Plymouth. It was found that Alicia N. Bottorff 19, of Plymouth and Tiffany L. Hartwell 20, of Plymouth were intoxicated. Both were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where Bottorff was booked in for minor consumption and public intoxication and was given a $500.00 cash bond. Hartwell was booked in for illegal consumption of alcohol and was given a $250.00 cash bond. Both are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 24th at 8:30am.
