07/26/12 On Monday, July 23rd, Plymouth Officer Derek Workman arrested Jason D. Beerwart 35, of Plymouth in the 900 block West Jefferson Street after an investigation involving two stolen credit cards. Beerwart was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for credit card fraud and was given a $1,500.00 cash bond. Beerwart is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior court II on August 28th at 8:30am.
