08/29/12  On Sunday, August 26th around 7:55am, officers from the Plymouth Police department responded to Pak-a-Sak Shell Station on Jefferson Street in reference to subjects not paying for $50.00 worth of fuel. Officer John Weir spoke with Sarah Hopkins 35, of Plymouth who was still located in the vehicle. While Justin Bender 31, of Culver was still inside the store. After a search of their persons and the vehicle, several meth related paraphernalia items along with methamphetamine were located and both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.   Justin Bender was booked in for possession of methamphetamine and given a $3,000 cash bond.

Hopkins was booked in on possession of methamphetamine and on four warrants through Marshall County for theft, failure to appear on a felony, failure to appear for cost and fines, and possession of a controlled substance.  Her total bond was $6,203.00.

Both Bender and Hopkins are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on September 25th at 8:30am.
