11/20/12 On Friday, November 16th at 4:04 PM Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger located Jeffery L. Birk at Washington and Plum Streets. Birk, 44, had an active warrant through Marshall County for a Civil Contempt. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,500cash bond. He was additionally charged with resisting law enforcement and given an additional $755 bond.
