09/0512 On July 13th of this year the Plymouth Police Department received a report from a 15 year old female regarding sexual activity that had taken place with a 26 year old male named Brock Biddle of Loon Court in Plymouth. The incident happened in Plymouth in March of 2012.
After further investigation the information was forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of charges. Charges of Sexual Misconduct, a class B Felony, were filed and an arrest warrant was issued.
Mr. Biddle was arrested on September 2 and lodged in the Marshall County Jail. Bond has been set at $10,000.00 cash.
