09/13/12 On Tuesday, September 11th just after 8:30 AM Plymouth Police Officer Mark Owen responded to the 1000 block of West Washington Street in reference to a disturbance and trespassing.
34 year old Kristopher Bugg of Hawthorn Road in Plymouth was arrested for disorderly conduct and trespassing. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with a cash bond set at $1,505. Mr. Bugg was released at 2:05 PM Tuesday after posting bond. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on October 16th.
