EDINBURGH, IN – Edinburgh High School’s Corey Burton has signed with the Ancilla College men’s basketball and golf programs starting in the fall.
The 5’9” point guard earned a total of eight letters in his career at Edinburgh High School, including three in basketball and four in golf. Burton helped lead Edinburgh to a regional basketball championship this season. In golf, Burton was voted two-time all-conference performer and was a regional qualifier.
“It [Ancilla] was small like the high school I’m from and both the coaches made me feel wanted,” said Burton.
Ancilla basketball coach Greg Neeley added, “Corey fills a need for us and more importantly, will be a great fit for our program.”
