06/01/12 Last Sunday evening Marshall County Police Officer Nick Laffoon was working a special detail for the OWI Task Force in the north central part of Marshall County. During this time he was traveling west on US 30 at State Road 17 when he located a vehicle with an equipment violation.
When he stopped the vehicle he found that the driver, 39 year old Ignacio Monterrosas-Compos of Chicago was operating a vehicle without a license. Patrolman Laffoon took the offender into custody for Operator Never Licensed.
