City Police Arrest 3 at Wal-Mart for Possession

07/31/12 On Saturday, July 28^th at approximately 3:36pm, Officer Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department arrested three subjects at Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive.  31 year old Timothy Applegate of LaPaz, 20 year old Danielle Long of Huntington, and 38 year old Cecil VanBlaricom of Walkerton were all arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

   Applegate was charged with possession of a chemical reagent or precursor and also had an active warrant through St. Joseph County and was given a $3,000.00 cash bond.

  VanBlaricom was charged with possession of a chemical reagent or precursor and was given a $1,500.00 cash bond.

  Long was arrested for possession of a chemical reagent and precursor and had also had an active warrant through Huntington County and was given a $3,000.00 cash bond.

All three subjects are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 28^th at 8:30am.
