01/11/12  On Monday, January 9th around 6:15pm, the Plymouth Police Department received a call in reference to four females who had taken several pair of shoes from Payless Shoe Source located in the Wal-Mart Plaza.  The sales associates were able to describe the females and after officers went into several businesses they were able to locate the four females later identified as 28 year old Preonda L. King of Fort Wayne,24 year old Siarra R. Lewis of Fort Wayne, 23 year old Jasmine D. White of Fort Wayne, and 21 year old Shamyria R. Liston of Fort Wayne.

City officers went to several businesses in the area asking if the suspects had been scene.  Officer Bridget Hite was walking into J.C. Penney when she located two of the suspects.  During her investigation with the females, several items were recovered and all four women were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were all booked in for theft, a Class D Felony.  A $1,000.00 cash bond was set for each of the females and are all scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on January 31st at 8:30am.

In the early hours of Tuesday, January 10th at around 12:55am, Plymouth Police Department was contacted in reference to a possibly intoxicated male subject on Jefferson Street near Center Street.  The subject was located on Plum Street and Adams Street and was later identified as Zachary A. Graham 20, of Plymouth.  Graham was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Intoxication and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol, and was given a $1000.00 cash bond.  A scheduled court appearance for Graham will be on February 14th at 8:30am.

On July 10th 2014 the state filed a motion to dismiss charges against Jasmine D. White and Judge Robert O. Bowen granted to motion to dismiss.
