05/14/12 On Thursday, May 10th at around 7:21am, Officer John Weir of the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to Martin’s Supermarket in reference to a shoplifter. Upon arrival Officer Weir spoke with the manager that was able to identify Linda J. Allred 50, of Rochester after she left the store without paying for several items she had concealed in her purse. Allred was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a class D Felony, and was given a $1,500.00 cash bond. The cash bond was paid on May 10th at 11:30am, and Allred is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on June 5th at 8:30am.
On Friday, May 10th at around 7:00pm, Ronald Watkins 65, of Plymouth was arrested after Plymouth Police Officers made traffic stop at the intersection of Adams Street and Center Street. Mr. Watkins was operating the vehicle with ever receiving a license, and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $250.00 cash bond for his release. Watkins is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 26th at 8:30am.
