10/02/12 On Wednesday, September 26th at 10:00 PM Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger located22 year old Christopher J. Freese of Magnetic Parkway in Plymouth at Pregis Packaging and served a warrant on him. He was taken into custody on an active warrant through Marshall County for failure to appear. Mr. Freese was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond. He was able to bond out at 11:55 p.m. Thursday night.
On Thursday, September 27th at 2:54 PM Officer Jordan Rans responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. Upon arriving 29 year old Brittney R. Harris of Skylane Drive in Plymouth was arrested for Theft a Class D Felony. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,505 bond and was given a Tuesday, October 16th court date. Harris was released Saturday, September 29th at 3:23 p.m. with no judicial review.
