04/04/12 On Sunday, April 1st at 2:02am, Plymouth Police Officers were called to the 1300 block of Holloway Drive in reference to a possible fight. Upon arrival Zachary Bradley 20, of Plymouth and Taylor R. Banks 19, of Plymouth were taken into custody after it was found that they were under the influence of alcohol and under the legal age of consuming alcohol. Both Bradley and Banks were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were both booked in with a $500.00 cash bond, and are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 24th at 8:30am.
On Monday, April 2nd at 1:40am, Sergeant Joe Deisch arrested Cesar M. Torres 29, of Plymouth after a complaint of an unwanted guest in the area of US 30 and Michigan Street. Torres was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication and was given a $500.00 cash bond. Torres is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 24th at 8:30am.
At 11:47pm Monday, April 2nd, Officer Jordan Rans conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Hoham Drive and Western Avenue. It was found that driver; 25 year old Kristal M. Burnett of Evansville was driving while intoxicated. After a search of her vehicle Rans also found a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana. Burnett was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $1500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on April 17that 8:30am.
Then a short time later on Tuesday, April 3rd, at 1:59am, Sergeant Joe Deisch arrested Israel Fonseca 39, of Plymouth after he was found in the area of Jefferson Street and Third Street intoxicated. Fonseca was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Intoxication and given a $1000.00 cash bond. A scheduled court appearance will be held for Fonseca on April 24th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #2.
