07/18/12 On Sunday, July 15th around 4:43pm, Officer Jordan Rans conducted a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Garro and Plum Streets. After an investigation, the driver, Vincent S. Carnegie 24, of Argos was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior charge. Carnegie was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1,500 cash bond. Carnegie is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 14th at 8:30am.
On Monday, July 16th at 11:37pm, Officer Derek Workman arrested Jeffrey U. Mays 27, of Plymouth at Wal-Mart after a warrant through Marshall County was issued for failure to appear on fines and cost for $189.00. May was transported to the Marshall County Jail. Mays was able to bonded out on July 17th at 1:05am, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on July 24th at 8:30am.
On Monday, July 16th around 6:00pm, Officer Workman initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Lincoln Way East. Driver, Joanna Timmons, 3 of Medaryville was arrested after she was found to be driving while suspended. During a search Timmons found to have a white powered substance on her person. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for possession of methamphetamines and paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior infraction. Timmons was given a $3,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 28th at 8:30am.
