12/04/12 On Saturday, November 1st at 10:38 PM Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper arrested 40 year old Christopher W. Barger of Plymouth at West Garro Street and 3rd Street for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Barger was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $505 bond.
On Sunday, December 2nd at 3:30 AM Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop at West LaPorte Street on 31 year old Charity Trusty of Plymouth. After further investigation of the traffic stop Trusty was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence and was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 bond.
Later that afternoon at 3:22 PM Officer Gary Cleveland responded to Burger King after receiving a call from the manager stating there was a female in the establishment helping herself to beverages without paying for them and was smoking in the building and was refusing to leave. Upon arriving contact was made with 51 year old Sharon Ream of Plymouth who was later taken into custody for Theft a Class D Felony and was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 bond.
A short time later at 5:59 PM Officer Tim Taberski responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a male shoplifter. Upon arriving, 21 year old Brandon A. Patrick of Plymouth was arrested for theft and was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 bond.
