As evidenced on the front page of last weekend&#039;s WSJ, the financial industry is already back to its old tricks that nearly crippled this country.

If you believe that it is fine for debt collectors to resurrect long ago settled cases by issuing troubled borrowers new credit cards, you do not seem to share the worries of those of us undeterred by lobbyists.  I am thankful that the U.S. tax payer will not again bail out &quot;too big to fail&quot; entities.</description>
