03/19/12  The Marshall County Drainage Board and County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.

The Drainage Board Meets at 8:30 with an agenda that includes consideration of maintenance on the Elmer Seltenright Ditch, a public hearing on the Morgan Ward Ditch for maintenance assessment and Summer Obrien will request mitigation of 7th Road for the RW Armstrong Ditch.

The Commissioners will meet at 9:30 with a proposed agenda that includes the request of Karen Richey from the Purdue Extension Office for a new hire time off, Rich Ulrich head of the County’s Building and Grounds to discuss a major maintenance project at the Courthouse Annex, and Rick Gaul, the City of Plymouth’s Engineer who needs an appointment for the Common Construction Wage Committee.

Julie Fox, County Clerk and the Election Board will appear before the Commissioners as well as the County Attorney with his report, County Highway report by Neal Haeck and Auditor’s Report by Penny Lukenbill.

Laurie Johnson from DLZ will be on hand to announce two awards that have been received on the Pine Road. Pioneer Road extension project.
