10/17/12 On Saturday, October 13th at 10:18 AM Patrolman Matt Brown with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to US 31 and US 6 on a two vehicle accident. Upon arriving it was advised by the driver of the 2012 KIA Forte 17 year old Nicole Keenan of Goshen that she was traveling south on US 31 south of US 6 trying to turn left into the Marathon Station to get fuel when she did not see 64 year old Larry Harvey also of Goshen the driver of the 2000 Dodge Dakota and was struck in the passenger side of the vehicle. A back seat passenger in Keenan’s vehicle received minor abrasion from a side curtain airbag, but refused treatment.
