11/07/11 On Monday, October 29th Patrolman Jeff Snyder with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department was notified of several thefts that had occurred around the Lake of the Woods area in Bremen from three separate residences on the North Shore and West Shore Drives. The theft were reported as a black golf cart, John Deer Gator and a red 16 foot Tandem axle trailer. The thefts are believed to have occurred sometime between 8PM and 9PM on Sunday, October 28th.
On Monday, October 31st Patrolman Rob Hafke received several theft complaints from residence in the 4900 block of Michigan Road and 13000 block of 5th Road of thefts from their automobiles. Patrolman Hafke was advised that unknown subjects opened unlocked vehicles and stole approximately $5, a pair of work gloves, Bowtec Extreme Bow and Cobra Release, pack of cigarettes and lottery tickets.
