10/01/12  On Monday, September 24th at 3:02 PM Patrolman Matt Brown with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the 10,000 block of 12B Road in reference to an attempted burglary and criminal mischief complaint.   Upon arriving to the location the home owner advised that between the hours of 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM unknown subjects broke the glass out of the front door in an apparent attempt to break into the residence. The subjects never gained entry into the home and the owner is unsure if this was an actual attempt to gain entry into the residence.

Later that night at 8:02 PM Patrolman Brown responded to 12th Road east of Rose Road and made contact with 50 year old Veron Miller II of Plymouth the driver of a 2008 Mercedes. Mr. Miller advised he was traveling west on 12th Road when a deer traveled into the roadway and was unable to avoid hitting the deer.   No injuries were reported.
