10/04/12 On Wednesday, September 26th at 12:33 PM Patrolman Matt Brown with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to Custom Tower located at 14560 Lincoln Highway in reference to a criminal mischief complaint. Arriving at the location it was discussed that sometime between Saturday, September 1st and Saturday, September 29th unknown subjects came onto the property and destroyed an exhaust fan louver for the business shop. The louver was the only thing damaged during this incident and the exhaust fan was still intact.
On Saturday, September 29th at 11:18 AM Patrolman Les McFarland conducted a traffic stop on a 1994 Ford van driven by 63 year old William T. Morgan of Indianapolis for a traffic offense. During the traffic stop, it was discovered that Mr. Morgan was driving on a suspended license and was also found to be in possession of marijuana and was taken into custody. Also arrested were two passengers in the vehicle 26 year old Tenia Suggs of Michigan for possession of marijuana along with 44 year old Lewis Suggs of Michigan who was also found to be in possession of marijuana. All three subjects was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on $755 cash bonds each.
