10/15/12 On Wednesday October 10 just before 10 p,m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a vehicle on State Road17 near State Road 8. Through the investigation a K-9 sniff was conducted using Arras, Marshall County’s new K-9. Arras indicated the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle. During the investigation a bag of marijuana was located inside the vehicle. The driver, Richard Clark Jr, was arrested and submitted to a certified test. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana with a Prior Charge.
