07/16/12 Fitness Forum at LifePlex will be hosting its Free Community Outreach Education on July 17th from 6:30 -7:30pm. Mewsette Cartwright Director of LifePlex Dance Academy will be the guest speaker. Cartwright will be sharing the many health benefits of dance including building a stronger marriage relationship and increasing your social ties. A FREE introductory dance lesson will be offered during the presentation.
