12/13/12 Wednesday, Senator-elect Joe Donnelly received his committee assignments for the 113th Congress. Senator-elect Donnelly will serve on the Armed Services, Agriculture, and Aging Committees.

“I am pleased to have the opportunity to serve the diverse needs of Hoosiers, especially our men and women in uniform, agricultural community, and seniors,” said Senator-elect Donnelly. “I look forward to working on all issues important to our state as Indiana’s next U.S. Senator.”

Donnelly will be sworn in as Indiana’s next U.S. Senator on January 3, 2012.
