You all b***h like women. Grow up and get out of everyone’s business. I know it’s Plymouth Indiana and there is nothing else to do besides b***h about what everyone else is doing. Grow up, get a REAL job, and get out of this S**t hole of a town if you are really worried about someone smoking weed. I don’t use it nor have I ever but its becoming legal in a lot of areas. Why don’t some of you go arrest someone for f****n weeds growing in their yard? You people are pitiful. You obviously are doing nothing good in your life if you are complaining about the family and what they did. I actually think it reflects Plymouth very bad that the police even lifted a finger over something so small. Now all you women are complaining about it. Get a real life.

And spending more time with her child? HA she is with her child all day every day 24/7 lets not even go there with how much time she spends with him. “Diesel”

Lets take a look at that person that testified against the family as well, an angry x. Whose only angry because the mother makes it clear that he has nothing to do with his child due in just a few short months in true 21 year old BOY fashion he’s doing anything to make her look bad instead of taking care of his responsibility. If you want to make this all about the mother then go ahead. But lets not forget who you CLEARLY are and tell the truth about these awesome witness’s that were used.

Diesel its humorous how obvious you make it that all you are is one of the mother angry “baby dads” or perhaps grandfather or friend of one of the 2? What a joke. Maybe the fathers of her children should start focusing a little more of their time on learning some respect for the person who already does raise one of the children almost 24/7 on her own and will soon be raising the second on her own as well too then sitting on a radio website bad mouthing her behind a secret name. Her sons father? Isn’t exactly the picture of innocence either, yet she isn’t on here doing this to him, and I dont think we even need to go there with her second child’s father who doesn’t Eben have anything to do with the baby. You guys are spending an awful lot of time trying to make someone look bad who picks up your slack. Grown men spending this much time on a radio website? Hmmm yeah.

the first article said visible from the roadway, officers would not obtain search warrants for ditchweed. And the charges include possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance, and evidence was collected from inside the residence, that is what the article says. I didn’t have to listen to others it is all right here.

Oh one more thing the mother of the child also had a charge of minor consuming .15 and is on probation. She was suppose to be spending time with her child not being arrested at a gas station drunk!

  7. Diesel on October 8, 2012 at 12:49 am

Lets talk about the charges that were placed on all 4 people. possession of marijuana d-felony. hmmm the father has already had a prior marijuana charge before this raid. Also Maintaining a common nuisance and Possession of paraphenalia. That would mean getting those last two charges that i have stated would have had to be marijuana in the house in a common area and pipes, scales, rolling papers ect. On the childs behalf having these items in a common area where he could have got to them or even got to the plants in the garden something should have been done. As in charging with child neglect or in danger. I mean if they can all four be charged with maintaining a common nuisance then they could at the very least have been charged with taking a child to a nusiance witch is a charge.

Well lets start off by saying if the brother had taken the blame for it all why wasnt he arrested when they raided the residence and he stated that. I would say that the officers had prob. cause that all four people at the residence were all apart of it. I think we all know if it was anybody else we would have been arrested and sitting in jail. But i guess that would had made the marshall county court system look bad having a employee that has worked there for years sitting in jail. Also there was one person that had testified against the family in that hearing saying some facts that even the mother stated was true. There was marijuana and paraphenalia found through out the house. The marijuana plants were 10ft tall and well taken care of.

  9. pilgrim1397 on October 5, 2012 at 4:29 pm

S.e.d were you there? Did you see the marijuana and or the house? If not how do you KNOW where it was visible from? Or are you just going off of what you hear?

  10. pilgrim1397 on October 5, 2012 at 4:23 pm

And a member of the family has already stepped up, and taken the blame for the marijuana in the home and in the garden. So why involve the mother of the child and her child? Who BOTH had nothing to do with it.From what I understand 2 people even testified in a hearing saying that they KNOW the mother doesn’t do any drugs so why keep commenting on her and her dependent? Its her dependent not anyone else’s. It has been investigated she has gone to court and STILL has custody of the child for a reason.

  11. udontneed2knowme on October 5, 2012 at 3:45 pm

Once again get your facts straight before you run your mouth! Why don’t you tell us all WHAT was found in the home and WHERE at in the house since you must know EVERYTHING about this case…..

  12. s.e.d. on October 5, 2012 at 2:08 pm

ok seriously…it was absolutely not ditchweed. The plants were clearly visible from the road and were obviously being cared for. Not to mention paraphernalia and marijuana were found in the home. Ditchweed would not have been found in the home. As for the child I agree they should review the information and look at charging them with neglect of a dependent.
There is no way anyone living in that home was not aware of what was going on.

  13. pilgrim1397 on October 4, 2012 at 11:39 pm

Well that would be because the child is not neglected or in danger. If law enforcement would have thought that they would have dealt with it immediately.

  14. udontneed2knowme on October 4, 2012 at 10:47 pm

Because ditchweed growing near your home is not child neglect.
.. This is a situation that has been blown WAY the hell out of proportion. To see and hear how the mother of the child is towards him is enough for anyone with even a minor sense of rationality to clearly see she would never “neglect” her child. Ill be honest I’ve only ever seen her in passing and have never been formally introduced, however between knowing of her through mutual friends and social media it is quite apparent that she is a wonderful and loving mother. So people please get your facts straight on the situation before judging……or better yet don’t even worry about it because its none of our business nor are any of us in a position to judge.

  15. Diesel on October 4, 2012 at 3:50 pm

That’s a good question. I’m also curious how no one has stated that a two year old child lives there and was there when the raid happen. Why haven’t they been charged with child neglect or endangerment. Why is the child still living there

  16. tezumak on October 4, 2012 at 2:53 pm

Probably because she hasn’t been convicted, only charged.

  17. bigredmom2012 on October 4, 2012 at 11:38 am

I just am curious to know how Mrs. Eddington STILL has a job working in Circuit Court for Marshall County????
