Emergency Repairs Close Ramp Onto 20 Bypass at U.S. 31

   07/10/12 The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces the closure of the northbound U.S. 31 ramp onto the eastbound lanes of the 20 Bypass in South Bend for several hours this morning, Tuesday, July 10^th. The pavement was damaged by the high temperatures last week. Work should be complete and the ramp is expected to reopen by the early afternoon.
