04/23/12 Executive sessions are on this week’s agenda. The Plymouth Common Council will hold an executive session immediately following the regularly scheduled Common Council meeting Monday night. The meeting has been called to discuss pending litigation.
The Marshall County Commissioners will convene for an executive session on Wednesday, April 25th at 9 a.m. in the Commissioner’s meeting room. The purpose of the executive session is to discuss pending litigation against the county.
These executive session meetings are permitted under Indiana Code.
