09/26/12 On Tuesday, September 25th at 1:20 AM Officer Ryan Richey with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 309 North Kingston Road “The Pointe” in reference to a battery complaint. Arriving at the scene he began an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 20 year old Jacob T. Frazier of Niles, Michigan. Frazier was taken into custody for battery charges and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in on a $755 bond.
