10/15/12  On Sunday, October 7th at 2:31 AM Marshall County Patrolman Nicholas R. Laffoon was conducting routine patrol of US 30 in the area of Redwood Road when he conducted a traffic stop on 36 year old Robert C. George of Plymouth for a moving violation. During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. George had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated.   He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Arriving at the jail a certified chemical test was performed with a breath alcohol content of .13%. Mr. George was booked in for operating while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more. His bond was set at $1,505 cash.
