03/16/12 On Friday, March 9th around 5:15pm, the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center-Plymouth Campus in reference to a female subject with a broken jaw. Upon investigation it was reported that the injury happened during a domestic disturbance. Robert L. Graham 41, of Plymouth was questioned and then taken into custody, where he was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with Battery resulting in serious bodily injury and domestic battery with a prior conviction. Graham was given a $2000.00 cash bond for his release after a probable cause was read on March 11th at 11:30am. Graham is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
