09/14/12 On Monday, September 10th at 6:53 PM Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman arrested 48 year old Lonnie M. Brooke of Plymouth for operating a motor vehicle after being adjudged a habitual traffic violator during a traffic stop at Jefferson and Third Streets. Mr. Brooke was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $3,005 bond. He was released on Wednesday, September 12th at 7:25 PM for no judicial review. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on October 30th.
