05/01/12 Kathy Hostetler, Claims Representative with Morrow Insurance Agency in Plymouth was recognized by Westfield Insurance Company as being a Top Ten User of the Agency Claims Service (ACS) Program for 2011, with zero percent error.
This prestigious recognition identifies Kathy as being in the top ten for Claims Service, out of over 1,100 independent insurance agencies that Westfield Insurance partners with, in twenty-one states. The ACS program enables Westfield’s agents to immediately pay for specified claims in providing excellent customer service to our customers.
Kathy began her insurance career with Morrow Insurance in 1999, and has received Westfield’s Superior Claims Service Award in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.
Kathy resides in Plymouth, with her husband of twenty-nine years, Randy. They have two children and a grandson.
