09/28/12 Marshall County Prosecutor, David R. Holmes, reported that Alex Hoover, an intern in his office, recently passed the Indiana Bar Exam and would be admitted to practice on October 15, 2012 before the Indiana Supreme Court. He has been a part-time employee of the prosecutor’s office for the last three years. After admission to the Bar, Hoover will begin private practice in the Walter Law Office in Nappanee.
Hoover is currently a resident of Bremen and a graduate from Michigan State University School of Law this spring. He received his BA from Valparaiso University and is a Culver Military Academy graduate.
Holmes said: “the legal intern program is mutually beneficial to the intern and the citizens of Marshall County. In exchange for practical experience the intern provides services to the office. Alex was a great help to our office, was very well liked by the staff and we all wish him success in his professional career.”
