07/26/12 On Monday, July 23rd approximately 8:50 a.m. Officer Steve DeLee of the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the area of the Baker Street construction for a vehicle that was stuck in the trench in the construction zone. Upon arrival Officer DeLee spoke with the driver, 39 year old Wendy Olds of Plymouth. The officer noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her and she also showed various other signs of intoxication.
Olds refused a chemical test and was taken to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for operating while intoxicated with this being her second and subsequent offence. Olds was given a $3,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 7th at 8:30am.
