02/23/12 An ongoing investigation by Officer Jonathan Bryant of the Marshall County Police Department ends with the arrest of five people Tuesday afternoon.

On Tuesday afternoon just after 2 p.m. officers with the Marshall County Police Department, Plymouth Police Department, the City’s K-9 Rex and Officer John Weir and staff from the Marshall County Probation Department served a search warrant at the residence at 19016 6th Road.

During a search of the residence several items include methamphetamine, meth related items and drug paraphernalia.

   Following the search police arrested: 40 year old Scott Hahn of the 6th Road address in Plymouth for Maintaining a Common Nuisance-keeping, selling or delivery of a Scheduled Drug, Dealing a Scheduled III Controlled Substance, Dealing Cocaine or Meth, and Possession of Methamphetamine.  He was held with no bond.

      18 year old Brandon Hahn of 6th Road in Plymouth was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance-keeping, selling or delivery and Possession of Meth.  He was held on a $2,000 cash bond.

   19 year old Aaron Holland of Knox was arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance.  He was held on a $1,000 cash bond.

    24 year old Casey Jean Hardest of Rose Road in Plymouth was booked in for Visiting a Common Nuisance and held on a $1,000 cash bond.

       30 year old Stephanie Johnson of Plymouth Goshen Trail was arrested for Visiting a Common Nuisance.  Her bond was also $1,000 cash.  Johnson also had warrants for two Failure to Appears-costs and finds. The bonds for those two bonds were $202 and $149.
