04/19/10 Jimmy Jones 29, of Plymouth was arrested Friday, April 13at 9: 30 P.M. by Officer Derek Workman after a warrant was issued through Marshall County. Jones was arrested at his residence in the 1400 block of West Madison Street. When Jones was taken into custody he attempted to dispose of a metal foil containing what was later tested and found to be methamphetamines. Jones was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for failure to register as a sex offender with a prior conviction; the bond set at $5000.00 cash and Possession of Methamphetamines and paraphernalia with a $3000.00 cash bond. Jones is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 29th at 8:30am.
