05/02/12 On Saturday, April 28th around 5:00pm, Officer Jessie Pippenger with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive for a 16 year old male subject that was suspected of shoplifting in their store.
Arriving at the store Officer Pippenger met with Bryton L. Kepler 16, of Bourbon to discuss the suspected theft. At that time it was found that Kepler was also in possession of a green leafy substance that was in a small jar, and admitted that he was selling the green leafy substance. Kepler was taken into custody after it was found that he has been waived into adult court, and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft and dealing in a counterfeit substance. He was given a $3,000.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II May 22nd.
