05/25/12 Recently students, staff, and family of Loren Nifong planted a tree in his memory at Washington Elementary School. Loren passed away unexpectedly this spring. For more than 50 years, Loren drove a school bus for Plymouth Community School Corporation. Although he will be sorely missed, this tree will always be a reminder of Loren’s service and dedication to kids. Son, John Nifong, Mrs. Shirley Nifong, and daughter, Lorna Shively, are seen helping to plant the tree, which was graciously donated by Price Nurseries.
