09/20/12 On Monday, September 17th at 10:30 PM Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman conducted a traffic stop at Jefferson Street and First Street on 31 year old Norberto Ralat Martinez. During the investigation of the traffic stop it was found that Mr. Martinez was operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and also had three active warrants through Marshall County for failure to appear. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,005 bond.
