08/13/12 Maurices at Pilgrim Place, 1464 Pilgrim Lane is holding a School Supply Drive to benefit the Boys & Girls Club.
“While we participate in a number of maurices-sponsored benefits throughout the year, we are especially proud when we have the opportunity to support causes right here at home,” says Store Manager Lindsay Lobenthal.
The School supply drive began on Monday August 6 and continues through Sunday, August 19. Customers can drop off their donations any time during store hours, which are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Items needed include notebooks, pencils, pens, markers (washable and dry erase), crayons, colored pencils, backpacks, etc.
For each donation, people will receive a coupon for 20 percent off any one regular-priced maurices item. maurices offers clothing and accessories for fashion-savvy young women in sizes 1 to 24.
“This drive is just one way we can express how grateful we are to be a part of this community,” says Lobenthal. “We invite customers to be part of this effort and look forward to giving them a special deal on an item from maurices in return.”
