11/26/12 Approximately 30 people joined Plymouth Mayor Mark Senter on Friday evening to celebrate the completion of the South Gateway Project. Mayor Senter thanked everyone that was involved with the project including MACOG, INDOT, the Plymouth Common Council, Plymouth Redevelopment Commission, City Clerk-Treasurer Toni Hutchings and her staff, City Engineer Rick Gaul, Ratio Architects, BA Martin Architects, RW Armstrong, GCI Bridge Group, and Michiana Contracting.
Mayor Senter said, “This project creates an inviting scene for visitors and residents as they enter Plymouth from the south.”
