01/19/12 Miller’s Senior Living Community located at 625 Oakhill Ave., Plymouth has a day of in-door fun planned for the entire family.  It is time for their annual Model Car Cruise-In from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2012.  This has become an annual event that is open to the public.

The only difference in the Model Car Cruise-In and the one held in September is the size of the cars.  Since weather doesn’t permit bringing out the classic cars in January you are invited to bring your model cars.  You may enter die-cast vehicles or vehicles made from a model kit.

The Model Car Cruise-In has grown each year. Last year there were even ships, airplanes, pine box derbies and other interesting creations entered.  In following with a regular classic car show there will be games, food and prizes. Quentin Flagg will provide the music and deejay the event.  Each participant will receive a ribbon and a “Best of Show” trophy will be awarded.  For more information or to pre-register your model car, call Anna Corbett at 574-936-9801.
