08/07/12 On Friday, August 3rd around 8:50pm, Plymouth Officer Bridget Hite investigated two subjects that had purchased precursors inside Wal-Mart.  The female subject identified as Jennifer Snellenberger, 27 of Angola had entered the store prior to return items so Hite was able to run her driver license number finding out that she was suspended.  After leaving the store Snellenberger had gotten into the driver seat of a red Ford Taurus once the vehicle had left the parking lot area Officer Hite initiated a traffic stop.

While walking up to the vehicle the male passenger, Jesse E. Napier, 26 of Waterloo, Indiana had drain cleaner in the middle of his legs and Snellenberger stated that she didn’t have possession of a valid driver’s license.  Both Napier and Snellenberger were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where Napier was charged with Possession of a Chemical Reagent with intent to manufacture, and Snellenberger was charged with possession of a chemical reagent/precursor and driving while suspended with a prior infraction.

Both were given a $3,000.00 cash bonds and are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on August 28th at 8:30am.
